Chris has significant experience in all facets of Agency, Landlord and Tenant and Property Management disciplines having worked on numerous industrial, office, trade counter (roadside), petrol filling station and vehicle dealership developments throughout the whole of the UK for public, private and corporate clients. Furthermore, Chris has previously managed a national client’s portfolio of over 600 properties providing Landlord and Tenant and property management advice. Chris is a member of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer. Chris is a Director of the Jewellery Quarter Association and Chairman of the Heritage and Regeneration Committee within the JQA Ltd.
